In general our fees are determined by the statutory framework fees set by the German Attorneys' Fees Act (RVG) which are geared to the value of the matter and binding for all legal proceedings.

Depending on the legal area involved, the degree of specialisation required, as well as the urgency, nature, scope and difficulty of our work, we are able to negotiate hourly rates or flat-rate fees with our clients.

All fees do not include any expenses as statutory travel costs for work done outside our professional premises. Neither do they include fees for out-of-town services, photocopying or telecommunication costs and turnover tax.

If a legal insurance company has provided a cover note, their reimbursements will be offset against our fee.
